Foreman/Drivers

Our foremen see to it that everything our teams do stays in line with our mission and values. A foreman is not just a technician, he’s a leader and a coach, setting the standard and taking charge on the job.
Leading teams of various sizes and traveling to various locations, our foremen take responsibility for customer relations, for the safety and efficiency of the crew, for the careful handling of our customer’s belongings, and for the safe operation of commercial vehicles.
Our foremen must pass a thorough background check, maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and model a lifestyle that reflects our values. Competitive compensation for employee drivers and Owner-Operators. CDL and non-CDL positions available. Experience in the moving industry is preferred, but we’re eager to invest in and train the right candidates.
Office Administrator
The Office Administrator at Kearney Moving is an indispensable part of the team. This person is often the first face people see when they stop by, and the first voice they hear when they call. In one way or another, our Office Admin impacts the experience of every customer and every other team member and makes a significant contribution to the culture of the company.
The primary focus of the Office Administrator is providing outstanding customer service to all of our customers and vendors. Greeting people and answering the phone with professional hospitality is always the highest priority, while maintaining progress with a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including processing, filing, bookkeeping, and more.
An Office Administrator at Kearney Moving must be committed to our core values and must be a humble, flexible, team player. Attention to detail, proficiency with modern technology, and a willingness to learn are necessary for success in this role, but the key to thriving in this position is a genuine love for serving others.
Customer Service
A successful move starts with a customer service team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. At Kearney Moving, we take a team approach to caring for our customers, with various people serving in customer service, sales, and coordinating/planning roles.
Working together to seek the best outcome for our clients, we approach every move in a consultative manner. Rather than trying to “up-sell”, we seek to qualify the needs of each customer and tailor a plan that meets their needs and desired budget. This approach is in line with our core values and also cultivates trust and helps to build long-term relationships.
Our customer service team members are professional and hospitable, handling the initial contact with a new customer, scheduling and completing in-home and virtual estimates, and following up on various customer needs while using the tools and technology available to us.
